Warranty and Guarantee

Unless otherwise noted, all Motorola products are covered by Motorola’s one year warranty. All Motorola warranty claims and procedures must follow the guidelines established by Motorola. When products are provided by other manufactures those items are covered by the warranty terms and conditions establish by each manufacture.

Refund / Return Policy:

Items may only be accepted for return at the discretion of UCC Wireless. All items accepted for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in original condition and packaging. Please contact your UCC Wireless representative for authorization to return an item.

Payment Policy:

Payment terms and conditions are established individually for each customer. UCC Wireless offers open account, credit card and prepayment terms. Let your UCC Wireless representative know what terms work best for your organization.
